Grilled Asian Chicken Burger

If you’re looking for the ultimate grilled Asian Chicken burgers, you’re in the right place. These delicious burgers are perfect for BBQ season and incredibly quick and easy to make!

  1. 4 Skinless chicken breast fillets
  2. 40gr Roasted salted peanuts (finely chopped)
  3. 3 Spring onions
  4. 1" Piece fresh root ginger (grated)
  5. 1tbsp Fish sauce
  6. 1 Red chilli (finely chopped)
  7. 1 Small handful of coriander (finely chopped)
  8. Black pepper
For Serve
  1. 4 Ciabatta Rolls (halved, lightly toasted)
  2. Mixed Salad Leaves
  3. Sweet Chilli Sauce
  1. Place all the burger ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Once blended shape in to 4 burgers or 8 smaller burgers
  2. Place on a lined metal tray and cook on CONVECTION 200C + GRILL 1 for 10-15 minutes turning halfway through cooking
  3. Spread one half of the toasted roll with sweet chilli sauce, salad leaves and the burger, top with the remaining roll and serve
