Frozen Mango with Coconut Chips Recipe

Go troppo with this frozen mango and coconut treat. Ah, mangoes. These fruits are such quintessential Aussie treats and their fragrant scent alone makes a sunny summer day that much brighter. In this recipe we show you how to make a heavenly iced mango treat using the frozen attachment on a Panasonic slow juicer. A dash of coconut cream and a sprinkle of coconut chips give this frozen mango an extra tropical twist!

Ingredients

  • 2 small frozen Mangoes
  • 1 tbs coconut cream
  • ¼ cup coconut chips
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Assemble the frozen attachment on the slow juicer.
  • In a small frying pan heat coconut chips and maple syrup. Stir over a low - medium heat until maple syrup absorbs into the coconut. Set aside to cool.
  • Feed the frozen mango through the juicer and transfer into a bowl.
  • Mix the frozen mango and coconut together with a spoon.
  • Spoon into bowls and sprinkle the coconut over the top.
