Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of almond meal
  • 1 banana*
  • 1 cup of skim or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together.

Notes

*Pro tip: freeze banana in slices and you’ll always have some to toss into a smoothie – plus frozen fruit gives smoothies a yummy icy texture.
