These sweet and juicy berries provide a rich source of nutrients, minerals and vitamins, so this wonderfully creamy raspberry smoothie makes a perfectly healthy snack. Made using a Panasonic stick blender.

  • 2 peaches
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 125 ml yoghurt
  • ½ tsp rosewater
  • ½ cup of milk or coconut milk


  • Blend ingredients with stick blender until smooth.
