  • 3 tsp dry yeast
  • 500 g rye flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 380 mL water


  • Ensure the rye kneading blade is attached to the bread pan.
  • Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the recipe above.
  • Select Menu ‘07’ (3hr 30 min), make sure the size is set to M and press start.
  • When the cycle is complete, turn out and allow to cool before slicing/serving.
