Herb Pizza Bases

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 250 g Strong white flour
  • 250 g Pasta flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp of Mixed herbs
  • 300 ml Water

Instructions

  • Put the dough ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above. Set the bread maker to the PIZZA DOUGH program 45 mins.
  • When the cycle is complete, remove the dough from the pan onto a floured worktop roll out to a 32 cm x26 cm rectangle. Place the dough onto an oiled enamel tray.
  • Spread with your desired topping.
  • Place into your Panasonic Combi Microwave and Bake on CONVECTION 200°C for 12 minutes until golden brown
