Air Fry Style Jacket Potato with Baked Beans

This Jacket Potato with Baked Beans recipe from Chef Shellie Froidevaux makes the perfect after school snack for the kids, or after gym snack for the adults! Using the combination cooking versatility of the Panasonic NN-CD58JS 3-in-1 Convection Microwave Oven to simultaneously bake and microwave the potato is the key to this speedy snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized potatoes around 200-250g each
  • 400 g tinned baked beans
  • 1 cup tasty cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Wash and dry potatoes and prick with a fork several times. Place on enamel tray on glass tray.
  • On the NN-CD58JS press the Auto/Roast pad once. Enter total weight of potatoes, then press Start. Remove the potatoes from the oven and set aside.
  • Place the baked beans in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes at 1000W.
  • To serve, place potatoes on a serving dish, cut a deep incision in top of each potato. Using a clean tea towel to hold potato, squeeze base gently to open top. Top with baked beans and tasty cheese.
