Air Fry Style Roast Potatoes

These Roast Potatoes make the perfect accompaniment for your Sunday BBQ. Baked in the Panasonic NN-CS89L 4-in-1 Convection Microwave Oven, using the Roast Potato Auto Menu means they are crispy and golden on the outside and creamy and perfectly cooked on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes Dutch Cream, Desiree, or Sebago
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary leaves roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into even sized pieces. Mix well with vegetable oil and rosemary leaves. Place potato pieces on wire shelf in middle shelf position. Place a microwave-safe dish on the base for dropping oil.
  • Select program number 23, Roast Potatoes, and start.
  • To serve, transfer roast potatoes to a serving dish and season with salt flakes.
