Save and make the full recipe below. Ingredients: • 1 can of beans of your choice, rinsed, drained + pat dry (I used a can of mixed beans, but white, kidney or chickpeas will also work great on their own too!) • A generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil • 1 tablespoon of nutrional yeast • 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika • 1/2 tsp of smokey paprika • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme • 1/4-1/2 tsp of chilli powder for some extra kick! • 1/2 tsp of salt • A generous sprinkle of white pepper Step-by-step: Preheat your oven to 200°C (425°F.) Drain your beans, rinse well until residue is removed, then pat dry. Coat beans in olive oil, and add all herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Mix until all beans are well coated, then arrange flat and evenly spread across a baking tray. Air fry or oven bake for approx 10-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden! Add a sprinkle of parsley for some extra colour and flavour, and enjoy! Serve on their own as a tasty, healthy alternative to chips, or use as a topping on your favourite salad for some extra yummy texture, fibre and plant based protein!
