Creamy and naturally delicious, this oat-cashew milk is the perfect base for your iced matcha. Using the Panasonic MX-HG6401 Hot & Cold Blender’s Nut Milk setting, it’s quick to prepare and smooth in texture.

– 60g oats (soaked 1 hr) 
– 75g cashews 
– 980ml water

Ingredients

Oat-Cashew Milk

  • 60 g oats soaked 1 hr
  • 75 g cashews
  • 980 ml water
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the Panasonic Hot and Cold blender
  • Blend using the Nut Milk setting
  • Pour the chilled milk over ice and top with your favourite matcha!
