Turn the rice cooker to ‘quick cook’ option.
Add olive oil, butter, and garlic. Saute for 1 min.
Add the chicken pieces. Saute the chicken for 2-3 mins.
Add the vegetables and saute for 1-2 mins.
Add rice, chicken stock/water, salt, black pepper, soy sauce and close the lid of the cooker.
Select the ‘white rice’ option. When the rice is done it will automatically switch to the ‘keep warm’ option.
Add green onions and serve.
