fresh or frozen

a banana*

of natural yoghurt

of skim milk
Squeeze of lime juice

Blend ingredients together.

*Pro tip: freeze banana in slices and you’ll always have some to toss into a smoothie – plus frozen fruit gives smoothies a yummy icy texture.
