This blue fruity treat looks as good as it tastes.


  • 1 cup of blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ a banana*
  • ½ cup of natural yoghurt
  • ¼ cup of skim milk
  • Squeeze of lime juice


  • Blend ingredients together.
