Place the oil, onion and garlic in the casserole dish. Place on the base of the oven and cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 3 mins.
Blend in all the spices and stir in the flour and tomato puree.
Add all the other ingredients. Stir well.
Cover and cook on CONVECTION 160ºC + MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 1 hour -1hour 30 mins or until the meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
