Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 1 tsp Honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Almond milk
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 Scoop protein of choice
Instructions
- Manually set Panasonic Hot and Cold blender to 90C.
- Set blender speed to low (we don't want it to become a smoothie).
- Set blender timer to 3 minutes.
- It's that easy! Once it's done, pour porridge into a bowl, top with fresh banana or fruit of your favourite and enjoy.
