
Ingredients
- 1 cup White rice washed
- 1/3 cup Black rice washed
- Tofu
- Spinach/greens of choice
- Edamame
- Shiitake mushrooms
Sauce:
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Add 1 cup white rice and 1/3 cup black rice into the rice cooker and stir to combine.
- Combine all the sauce ingredients and pour 1/2 of the sauce into the rice cooker
- Add the rest of the ingredients in (tofu, greens, edamame, mushrooms) followed by the rest of the sauce
- Select white rice on the rice cooker and leave it to cook.
- Once it’s done, give it a mix through and enjoy.
