Easy Tomato Soup

A rich roasted tomato soup made with oven-roasted vegetables and blended in the Panasonic MX-HG6401 hot & cold blender. This easy recipe combines roasting and one-touch cooking to create a smooth, flavorful soup that's heated and blended all in one device.

@charleyxcarter You had me at self cleaning @panasonickitchen_au 🧼 🫧 “Bangn Tomato Soup” Ingredients: 1kg tomatoes 1x punnet cherry tomato 1/2 capsicum 1x whole knob of garlic Salt & Pep Chilli Flakes Oregano 1x jelly chicken stock pot (dissolve in 300ml of water) 2x heaped tbsp cream cheese Method: 1. Preheat oven 200 degrees. 2. Chop all your vegetables, add to a pan, drizzle with olive oil and top with all the herbs and spices. 3. Roast in the oven for 40/45 mins. 4. Add roast vegetables into the blender with stock. 5. Set blender to soup setting and let it do its thang. 6. Once it’s finished, add cream cheese and manually blend again for 1 min. 7. Ingredients

  • 1 kg Tomatoes
  • 1 Punnet cherry tomato
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1 Whole knob of garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • 1 Jelly chicken stock pot dissolve in 300ml of water
  • 2 tbsp Heaped cream cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 200 degrees.
  • Chop all your vegetables, add to a pan, drizzle with olive oil and top with all the herbs and spices.
  • Roast in the oven for 40/45 mins.
  • Add roast vegetables into the blender with stock.
  • Set Panasonic Hot and Cold blender to soup setting
  • Once it’s finished, add cream cheese and manually blend again for 1 min.
