@lucemansfield Homemade Sourdough Bread with @panasonickitchen_au 🍞 Panasonic’s Bread Maker is an absolute MUST if you’re a lover of fresh sourdough (or want to get into it!). It’s the easiest way to make bread, without hardly lifting a finger. Sourdough Starter – 80g Wholemeal bread flour – ½ tsp Salt – 60g Greek yoghurt – 80ml Water – 0.1g Dry yeast Sourdough – 1 cup Sourdough starter – 400g Wholemeal bread flour – 1 tsp salt – 150 ml water – ¾ tsp dry yeast 1. Make your sourdough starter by placing all ingredients into the sourdough cup provided and mixing thoroughly. Place the lid on top and pop it into your bread machine. 2. Select the Sourdough Starter program, and press start. 3. Once your starter is ready, pop your kneading blade into your bread pan (Don’t be like me and forget, then have to add it in after…) Add in your starter, water, flour, salt and yeast. 4. Select your Sourdough program and press start. 5. When the machine beeps, take the bread pan out of the machine and let the loaf cool on a wire rack. Sourdough Starter
- 80 g Wholemeal bread flour
- ½ tsp Salt

- 400 g Wholemeal bread flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Water
Instructions
- Make your sourdough starter by placing all ingredients into the sourdough cup provided and mixing thoroughly. Place the lid on top and pop it into your bread machine.
- Select the Sourdough Starter program, and press start.
