Using the combination cooking versatility of the Panasonic NN-CD58JS 3-in-1 Convection Microwave Oven to simultaneously bake and microwave the potato is the key to this speedy snack!

  • 4 medium sized potatoes around 200-250g each

  • 1 cup tasty cheese shredded

  • Wash and dry potatoes and prick with a fork several times. Place on enamel tray on glass tray.
  • On the NN-CD58JS press the Auto/Roast pad once. Enter total weight of potatoes, then press Start. Remove the potatoes from the oven and set aside.
  • Place the baked beans in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes at 1000W.
  • To serve, place potatoes on a serving dish, cut a deep incision in top of each potato. Using a clean tea towel to hold potato, squeeze base gently to open top. Top with baked beans and tasty cheese.
