Chocolate Brownies

These decadent dark chocolate brownies are to die for! This recipe was made using the NN-SD79L Cyclonic Inverter Microwave.

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup plain flour

Instructions

  • Grease and line a 20cm square/rectangular pyrex dish.
  • Melt butter and chocolate in a 2-litre dish on P7 for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in sugar, vanilla essence, eggs and flour.
  • Spread into prepared dish.
  • Cook on P7 for 5-6 minutes.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • Cut into squares.
