- 150 ml Madeira
- 25 g Plain Flour
- 600 g Turkey or Chicken stock hot
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Stir and mix the Madeira and flour together.
- Add the mustard to the hot stock, then slowly pour into the flour mix stirring continuously until dissolved and blended.
- Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2-3 mins stirring halfway.
- Season and serve.
