- 3/4 tsp Dry Yeast
- 240 g Strong White Bread Flour
- 30 g Strong Whole Wheat Bread Flour
- 30 g Rye Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 210 ml Water
- Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
- Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 6 and press start.
- When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
