Pain de Campagne

Your guests will love this healthy, oil-free Pain de Campagne bread. Made from a combination of whole-wheat and rye flours in our SD-ZP2000 Bread Maker, it features a savoury aroma that stimulates your appetite. This recipe is perfect as a entree simply paired with butter, or as an accompaniment for a hearty soup or some savoury dips.


  • 3/4 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 240 g Strong White Bread Flour
  • 30 g Strong Whole Wheat Bread Flour
  • 30 g Rye Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 210 ml Water


  • Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
  • Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 6 and press start.
  • When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
