Double Cacao Bread

This enticing Double Cacao loaf features a sweet chocolate aroma that is sure to make your mouth water. The recipe is made using the Panasonic SD-ZP2000 Bread Maker and uses cacao nibs, an acclaimed super food known to be rich in polyphenols and catechin to enhance its nutritional value.


  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 400 g Strong White Flour
  • 15 g Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Nib
  • 260 ml Water


  • Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
  • Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.
  • When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
