- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed chilli
- Place chicken wings in a shallow microwave safe dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings.
- Marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
- Cook covered for 15-20 minutes at P7, rearranging halfway through cooking.
- Remove and serve with rice.
