Thai Chicken Wings

These spicy and super easy chicken wings are a breeze to prep and cook. Don’t expect any leftovers! This recipe was made using the NN-SD79L Cyclonic Inverter Microwave.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed chilli

Instructions

  • Place chicken wings in a shallow microwave safe dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings.
  • Marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
  • Cook covered for 15-20 minutes at P7, rearranging halfway through cooking.
  • Remove and serve with rice.
