Gluten Free Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Bread
This very easy, versatile, gluten free bread can be eaten at any time of the day. Its gorgeous Mediterranean flavour compliments a wide range of soups and makes a perfect starter for your dinner or lunch! Get creative and see how many dishes you can pair with this delicious bread.

  1. 350ml Water
  2. 1tsp Cider vinegar
  3. 4tsp Vegetable oil
  4. 2 Medium eggs
  5. 1tsp Salt
  6. 1tsp Sugar or honey
  7. 450g Gluten free flour
  8. 1 ½ tsp Yeast
  9. 50g Grated parmesan cheese
  10. 50g Sundried tomatoes (chopped)
  1. Put all of the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list
  2. Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust
  3. After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing
