Gluten Free Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Bread

This very easy, versatile, gluten free bread can be eaten at any time of the day. Its gorgeous Mediterranean flavour compliments a wide range of soups and makes a perfect starter for your dinner or lunch! Get creative and see how many dishes you can pair with this delicious bread.


  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Medium eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar or honey
  • 450 g Gluten free flour
  • 1 ½ tsp Yeast
  • 50 g Grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g Sundried tomatoes chopped


  • Put all of the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list
  • Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust
  • After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing
